I've been to the Nanjing Museum, Tokyo National Museum and Kyoto National Museum. In terms of quantity and quality the Nanjing one blew the Japanese collections combined away. The Taiwanese National Palace Museum is supposed to be even bigger and better but I haven't been there yet unfortunately.
