>literally 1 room
now i want to build my fortress this way
>>76651914
that's cool
>africans are finally are inventing bricklaying
>>76651914
>mfw this is what africa could have been if whites minded their own business
While we were recycling them for chump change, they were playing 4D chess
>>76652145
its not
>>76652222
check'em
>>76652222
it's cooler inside than outside, even if it is hot
betwen that and a tent...
>>76652206
They wouldn't have plastic bottles.
>>76652590
Fuck off you white cis scum racist bigot with your oppression.
That's nice. Did he made other rooms or just that circle?
>dry climate
It's good.
It's actually way better than average American house
>>76651914
>they have all the freaking dirt and heat in the world
>they can't make bricks but have to rely on western plastic bottles and sand
Hmm
>>76654611
>you need water to make bricks
hmm
>>76654428
It's not nice, it's extremely stupid.
>lean on wall
>whole house falls on you
>>76651914
>>76655239
There is dirt water and pee, plus you can use other stuff to get liquid to "mold" the clay.
>>76651914
Its not cool to insult poor people who actually works to better themselves, unfortunately, they just had work with whatever things they had
>>76652590
Good, plastic bottles are cancer
>>76651914
At least the plastic won't degrade or erode :^)
>>76655986
Just think about how much work it took to fill those things with sand! He could have spent that time actually working to buy real materials, even if those materials are just two wooden beams and lots of shitty planks and nails.
>>76656067
A one-room hut made of sturdy sand bottles is much better than a rickety tool shed made of cheap wood.
>>76656110
Are you sure about that? Those bottles look pretty slippery on top of each other.
>>76656295
In the image you can see the guy in the back packing mud in between the bottles to hold them together.
>>76651914
at least they are recycling
>>76651914
I want to see how he makes the ceiling and the roof.
>>76656435
probably just gradually makes the next layers closer to the centre until it makes a chimney
>>76656347
>recycling
Using non-biodegradable materials! Plastic is such a cancerous material.
>>76656324
Yeah, whatever that is I wouldn't trust it to hold the bottles together. Bottles are way to smooth, unlike bricks that have holes AND a structure, to be held just by plaster. Besides, that circular shape without strengthening isn't the best to stay upright, and with those materials that look like they could slip with a single touch... at least if it's all of cheap wood the only thing that would come down on you as you sleep is cheap wood.
>>76656483
Looks like this
>>76656295
Mud drying in that environment will basically turn into cement and all the materials are free/sourced locally. It's really a pretty good design for the situation.
I don't see anything wrong with this
>>76656658
>Bottles are way to smooth, unlike bricks that have holes AND a structure, to be held just by plaster.
Bricks don't have holes, you are thinking of cinder blocks reinforced with rebar. Not that it matters, there are structures still standing just made using simple mortar construction techniques that are older than your entire country.
>Besides, that circular shape without strengthening isn't the best to stay upright,
Circles are literally one of the strongest geometric shapes.
>and with those materials that look like they could slip with a single touch... at least if it's all of cheap wood the only thing that would come down on you as you sleep is cheap wood.
And this is why you jungle niggers will forever live in shanty town favellas.
>>76655631
>>76656522
It's light and cheap. That's technology.
>>76655986
t. Mubuto
Is there something wrong with this?
>>76651914
From all the shit they do, that's even smart.
>>76661586
>that missile pod on the tail
True ork engineering
>>76651914
That's really cool
>>76652441
>betwen that and a tent...
It actually keeps the heat away more than a normal house does, sun dried bricks fall apart because the sun is too hot over there.
>>76655487
Fucking retard
>>76654611
>>76655682
Bricks fall apart in the desert you dumb snownigger.
>>76655986
again, it's better than other materials. Yes it's cheap but it's perfect for the environment they live in.
Brick houses become a sauna inside.
>>76656295
it has cement you retard, why don't you actually read the article.
Do you really want to live in a woodshed in the hottest desert in the world?
>>76656658
> Besides, that circular shape without strengthening isn't the best to stay upright, and with those materials that look like they could slip with a single touch... at least if it's all of cheap wood the only thing that would come down on you as you sleep is cheap wood.
If it's not circular sand dunes will surround your house.
Dumb macaco
>>76651914
it's honestly pretty resourceful
>inb4 he should have learned how to throw everything away like civilised people
It's actually really cool
>>76662636
>Bricks fall apart in the desert you dumb snownigger.
No they don't you stupid idiot, I am a material engineer and I know my thing, we even had stupid project as exam to support a family with building their house and shit. Go away clown.
Development in Africa is fragmented, there are countless villas or apartment complexes here built by local civil engineers, and mudhouses in the poor areas with zero governmental support
