I'm sick of the ebin meme about Sardinia not being Italy perpetuated by some losers.

I am Italian, a Southern one, to be precise!

Every time the Cagliari soccer team scores, my heart beats like it did when I gave my first kiss.

Every time I smell the scent of sweet tomatoes sauce I go crazy with joy.

I like shouting and being loud with my buddies.

I honor family and tradition, like a true southern Italian.

We value old people and their tales, we see their wisdom, just like South Italians do.

I speak Italian, and not Sardinian, and I've studied history, the kingdom of Sardinia was the first state to be part of Italy.

I know my roots, I'm Italian to the bone.
