How do racists feel about Melanesia? A region in the Pacific that was named after the fact that most of the people were black? They're outside of Africa (although related), they have relatively low crime rates, and they're quite comfy. What's your explanation?

Melanesians aren't black. They're a different ethnic group altogether. It would make as much sense to call Australian Aboriginals black (i.e. it would make no sense).

Black is a skin colour. There's no significant link between black people and a specific group of genetics. There are about as many genetic "groups" in Africa as in Europe.
