I found my surname on croatian nobility list, but it's very common in my county. Basically all people with my surname have noble ancestor.

Back in the 13th century, my ancestors were pirates on the Danube who got ennobled because they caused too much trouble.
My family has been in Luxembourg ever since (I'm only on vacations in Colombia)
