A couple places actually sell the traditional Kebabpizza we ate during our youth in the 80's. It has to have actual Shawarma meat, the sauce should be a garlic dressing, and the fries are optional. I prefer having the fries served separately. They have the same in Sweden, only with an added pepper - the fefaroni. To this date the origin of this herb has eluded me. Also the Swedes serve it with some king of cabbage in vinegar that smells and tastes disgusting
