What's stopping Russia from annexxing the former USSR countries?
>>
>>76466704
Most of them are puppets already and the few anti-Russia ones are useless for the motherland.
>>
>>76466704
Because they tried it couple of times and almost went bankcrupt.
>>
because this isn't an anime
>>
>>76466785
?
>>76466704
They are already our puppets and so there ja no point for that
>>
Because Russia is weak. They don't even have the man power and resources to occupy Ukraine, let alone Central Asia.
>>
>>76467532
Russia in it's current state can easily occupy Ukraine let alone Georgia
>>
>>76467912
>w-we totally could do that, honest!
Pathetic.
>>
>>76466704
NOT USA. You may be sure of it.

>took crimea without firing a shot an occupied relevant half of ukraine without even stepping on it
>g-guys RUSSIA CAN'T DO SHIT THEY STRUGGLE AGAINST UKRAINIAN ARMY (aka hobos)
>>
>>76466704
NATO basically. Russia is playing it smart by keeping the caucuses divided and reliant on Russia so they cant side with NATO. But as far as Russia pushing beyond Ukraine, it'll never happen as long as NATO is a thing.
>>
>>76468071
So, why there is still Georgia or Ukraine?Checkmate, Igor.
>>
>>76468116
Good for them they planted Trump to undo NATO, then?
>>
>>76468210
>Trump
>undo NATO

His handlers won't let him
>>
It's all a matter of time
Once Putin sets his mind on it we'll all be sucking Russian dick
Just as he can find ancient vases in his first diving he'll invent a new superweapon in the first day in the lab, and then create an invincible attack plan in the first day in the war room.
It was fun while it lasted once and future comrades
>>
>>76468287
>handlers
? Which spineless group you refer to?
>>
>>76468362
His daughter and her husband. They'll let him rattle the sabre, threaten to pull out unless Euros start spending Euros on defense but he won't pull out of NATO.

I'm not sure about Ivanka, but her husband couldn't handle a bottle of ketchup. There's this cute idea that the two of them are actually competent and running the country, steering Trump, etc.
>>
>>76468210
Or so they thought. Not only has Trump said when he was running he was going to aim for more isolationist America yet he's putting extra money towards increasing troops numbers, building warships and air power capable of fighting a "two ocean war" against China.

Same thing about NATO. Trump said multiple times that more NATO countries need to start paying more towards defence, while nothings been said about whether said countries will or will not pay more. But at the start of the year, an additional 4,000 US troops were deployed in Poland and the US defence budget for Eastern Europe has increased from $800 million in 2016, to $3.4 billion in 2017.

He basically had to backflip his agenda after becoming elected and being told geopolitics. Regardless of what Trump wants or what he said he wanted when he was campaigning, he had to change, because of the way America and the world is set up. Disbanding NATO isn't just about containing Russia, but keeping the European nations from starting wars, most particularly, Russia, France and Germany. Said European wars will drag America in, like they have multiple times. It's easier for the US to just keep NATO running than risk turning Europe back to the 19th century and even more wars.
>>
>>76466704
We are already puppets of Russia, Russians dominate in Central Asia at least
>>
>>76466704
1. Russia is a paper tiger
2. Annexing even weak countries isn't that simple
3. It costs money which Russia doesn't have
4. NATO and USA in the West, China in East
5. Embargos etc. (see Crimea and multiply by 100)
6. Russia has no real incentive when imposing soft power is so much easier and cheaper
>>
>>76467488
effectively this. Baltic states and Ukraine aren't really Russian puppets though
>>
>>76468071

Eastern Ukraine is a shithole

they're lucky soviets allowed them to be independent
>>
>>76466704
For the most part there's profound lack of people that would unironically want to hand their countries over to Russia and Russia itself is too poor and weak to be able to grab and hold them by force.

Which countries exactly? Belarussians and Ukrainians are Russians too, so they need to join Russia ASAP; the separation from their motherland has only ruined them economically.

As for the Kavkaz, Georgia would be the only viable country to annex, for Armenia you'd need to annex Azerbaijan too, and that would give you both more muzzies as well as tensions with Iran, and I don't think that's useful enough. I think Russia will wait until Georgia comes back on their own, once Turkey leaves the NATO-sphere they'll have no choice. Georgians are a good people for the most part.

Annexing the central Asian republics would be both costly and useless. Kazakhstan is huge, and the rest are Afghanistan 2.0, the population is small and all power projection gained would be towards muzzies and Chinese. Even if the US would keep out (which they certainly wouldn't), I doubt an annexation would be beneficial. It is much better to keep Kazakhstan as border guard, since they both depend on Russia economically and are too irrelevant to a threat in any sphere. In the age of nation states, central Asia simply isn't viable anymore.

Lastly the Baltshits, the Albanians of the Baltic. A cowardly and atheistic people that have prostrated themselves before any invader that has come to the Baltic sea. Such peoples, without convictions, principles or pride are a wart on the ass of humanity. I hope Russia doesn't annex them, but wipes them out clean. A nuclear wasteland is preferable to such "peoples", though unfortunately the winds would carry the fallout straight to Petrograd and Moscow. They will need to find a better weapon.

If you wondered why Jewkrainians hate Russians so much:

Sviatoslav I of Kiev destroyed their state, which was never to recover. Most of the Ashkenazim Jews descended from Khazars, and now they have come to take revenge on the Ukrainians (Russians), with deception and the full power of (((the West))).

I believe the upcoming sanctions are beneficial to Russia. Without Russia, gas prices in Europe will double, and the non-Jewish European elites will not put up with this for long. Jewmericans are trying to force Europeans into an "us or them" situation, but they have misjudged the sentiments. Sooner or later we will see another Brexit-moment, with a rapid shift of loyalties away from Atlanticism.

For Russian economy all that the sanctions will do is less foreign-exchange reserves and more cheap energy for the domestic markets. If growth for Russia and political turmoil for the EU stay as is, the foreign-political disadvantage of economic disentanglement will not come to fruition. Despite all of the years it had time to prepare, I feel Jewmerica still hasn't figured out how to avoid the Thucydides trap.
