Sweden. I used to respect Sweden as a nation more. I still very much like my Swedish friends. Sometimes they even initiate the discussion about those sore issues they have with immigration and their leftist politics because they know I won't fuck with those things in their face. They don't need my opinion, they just want to talk.

Russia. I'm with Leo Tolstoi here. Russians have always been like that. They are not bad people though at all. I actually wish I'd have a reason to visit them more.

Norway. I genuinely like them. Unapologetically straightforward and nice folks. They get serious when necessary and are fun and laid back when things don't matter. I do job related work for them. Every new acquaintance I've met there has been like that.

Estonia. I'd like to have an actual friend there. The general take on them is though that they want to be the thing they were before WW2 and then some. They are currently investing in cleaning every bit of the Soviet era out of their landscape and getting things going the way they want. I have the highest respects towards Estonia as a neighboring nation.
