Yes, one of the greatest struggles in my life is getting clothes for my tall and slim body while American clothes are designed for short and fat or muscular people.

I'm 5'6 and buy a small. I need to get my shoes in the kids section most of the time. Male American clothes are in no way designed for short people.

Are you also skinny/normal weight? I think if you were fat you would take up more volume and need to get medium/large.

I wasn't really talking about shoes, my main problem is with pants and blazers. Both of these are heavily dependent on how wide you are. I'm usually the smallest size at the clothing store when it comes to blazers, and they have to lengthen the arms to make it look passable. But that is partially my fault, being 15-20 pounds underweight and all.
