Well here the inside of commie blocks can be suprisingly normal, you can still hear your neighbours though and they still look bad and the whole areas filled with them look like a mess.

What is so bad about these? I mean so what these flats look shit. Its cheap housing.

Here they won't even build many apartment because baby boomers complain they are too ugly. As a result, our housing is ridiculously expensive (some of highest prices in the world).

I will be lucky to get a property by about 40, and will be in debt through mortgage for the rest of my life.

These type of buildings are an easy solution to this issue.
