I'm currently studying Classical Chinese on my own using English resources, but honestly, the best resources are in Mandarin, and if you want to get deep into Classical Chinese (reading stuff that has never been translated into another language), you should really learn Mandarin. The best CC-English dictionaries (Karlgren's Grammata Serica Recensa, Cikoski's "Notes" and Kroll's dictionary) are a laughing matter next to the magisterial multi-volume Hanyu Dacidian 汉语大词典.
Although if you know Japanese you can probably use Morohashi's less magisterial but still impressive Dai Kan-wa Jiten 大漢和辞典.

If you care to learn the details of grammar, the best reference grammars are all in Mandarin too.

Honestly, the problem with the hungarian editon of the book of odes that it lacks all the "divisions" of the original. It has the poems numbered, and in order, but nothing else.
(I liked the poems very much, they gave me a rather idealistic vibe at times)
