Can't. I used to do it all the time when I was younger but now with my full time job I rarely have dreams, and when I do it's usually about numbers and accounting. It's also really foggy and I only get 4-5 hours of sleep a night anyways.

People do some dumb shit to try to train themselves to recognize when they're dreaming but I'm pretty sure its all bullshit. In my experience its just random
