How much power outages are there per day and for how long?

The cost of living is ridiculous. Everything is taxed to fuck, and unlike Dnemark, the taxes arent used for the people

they are short and rare, but when they hit the power just keep going out and on and it damages computers.
i think power is out for around 20 minutes a year. but as i said it isnt the duration that bother me, it is the manner in which the power goes out.
