How easy would it be to "go paleo" in your country?

I don't see how this diet isn't just pseudoscience

Beans - easy

due to geographical location we share a lot of the foods (seafood like bacallao, sardines, salmon, etc) but they might be prepared differently sometimes

The paleo diet is just eating whatever the fuck you could get your hands on, goddamn I'm starving and living in a cave this sucks.

That seems super expensive. How are you supposed to get enough calories at an affordable cost if you can't use grains, potatoes, beans? Nuts and meat are way too expensive to be a "base" for a diet and fruits/veggies don't have the caloric density.
