That's not to say there aren't Chinese who hate blacks because there definitely are; however, China is doing more to develop the economies of African countries than the West ever did, because the Chinese still see themselves as in some sense the protectors of the third world/global south due to the legacy of their own exploitation by the West, and later Maoism and shit.
