French, and it's not even close. French is a fine and delicate language while Spanish sounds incredibly rude and vulgar. And I'm talking about Castilian, Latin American Spanish sounds even more plebbish

Spanish if you like something closer to latin, purely phonetic pronunciation
French if you like a more gutural throat-centric pronunciation where vowels are not necesseraly pronounced the way you expect them to, like in english
