Not sure about this, but for me it seems like germanic people are more sincere compared to southern europeans, blacks etc,
They seem to genuinely care about helping people and being nice, in a naive way almost..
I dont think they have the stomach to mess with people, trick them or something..

I agree. Scandinavia has much equality and it seems like people genuinely care about the poor compared to how they are treated in other countries. Maybe it's also due to wealth because when there is a lack of resources people are ''forced'' into tricking others for money, stealing from others, etc.

I think most places outside major cities have the best people, regardless of country.

It's mostly the wealth. Greeks also gave a generally warm welcome to the poor Albanian and ex-USSR immigrants, lots of charity etc. If you're secure and happy it's nice to give.
