If China and America reversed roles we would be shitting in the streets and a growing economy. Chang would dominate through soft power because of how distant and somewhat awkward position in asia.

You would see Japan become Canada tier, Mongolia and Vietnam would be mexico (flooding china with migrants) SEA would be chinas playground even more than now. Russia is hard to say, two strong super powers next to each other would eventually clash.
