The only part of the route that has a problem with gas stations is Chita-Blagoveshchensk road. So I recommend to take gas canister with you on this part of the route. The rest is ok.

Well after Chelyabinsk you have to decide which road to take - through Kazakhstan or through Ishim. We decided to drive through Ishim, because we didn't want to cross border, and it was 400km of gravel road.
