And it's not just that, you'll also have to learn labor laws, work practices, taxation, legislation, terminology etc.
It's doable if you have a lot of time to prepare and/or some money to rely on, but you can't just go somewhere and expect things to be ok.

Because you are doing that wrong. Studying should be fun. See - you've learned English, somehow even by browsing this shitty place, but you like spending time here, don't you? Try to visit nederdraads or something like that - and it'll be interesting to learn, believe me. Also watch movies, listen to the music etc. The problem is there are few decent films in Dutch language and they prefer not to produce music in Dutch so I don't know - try to communicate with Dutch people.
I've got another problem - I've been learning Czech for a few years and Czech people don't like Ukrainians and they don't want to talk with me when they know I'm from Ukraine. But these days things are better and they aren't so brutal towards my people. Also Czech is very hard even for me, Slavic language speaker.

Depends on your situation, and that's already an awful lot of work. If you work that much and can't make a decent living, you're not on the right track.
Now if you "only" work 10 hours, you still have time to learn another language quickly (and you already talk English, which lets you immigrate easily in Canada, Australia, etc.).
