My English accent not really, it's a little bit too yankee but people in Italy like any Anglo accent as long as it sounds native (Apart from Scotch and Irish probably).

My italian accent is meh, I grew up in one of the most working-class neighborhoods in Rome so I used to have a very thick roman accent, which is often used for comical purposes due to comedies in the 60s and the 70s often depicting a vulgar, ridiculous image of the stereotypical Roman of the suburbs, even though the Roman accent used to be the standard till the fall of fascism.
I've been trying to lose my accent for years to not have problems with it in the future, and it seems like people can not really tell that I'm roman anymore. Some of my fellas make fun of me saying that I've become a milanese though.

There's always something to criticize about the accent I guess.
