Most of the generals are pretty international though, few are circle jerks. It doesn't have to be world-inclusive. Is /ASEAN/, /sino/ or Daily Japanese Thread "national"? Definitely not. What are circle jerks are the same shitty meme topic threads that devolve into shit-flinging or posting out-dated infographics that are boring as fuck to begin with. The most /int/ernational discussion happens when someone makes a threads directly asking something of someone else in the world, and not the bait/raceposting shit. Actually this is the only discussion that happens because the alternative is to do the exact same thing but in a general relevant to the cunt/person you're asking, which usually yields better discussion anyway.

So far from my impressions the only general where circlejerking doesn't happen is /balk/, /mena/ has good discussion and sectarian bants but there's namefags that everyone's always jerking on.
