I hate to admit but I feel something is unjust (for me anyway) when I compared the recognition of Korea with China since both have been partitioned into two separate entities (North and South Korea, China and Taiwan) each following the end of World War II. The common thing between partitioned Korea and China today is that each country have two separate rival entities claiming each other to the sole governor of a unified country the one difference is that both Koreas are fully recognized internationally (except Japan who don't recognize North Korea), while the Chinese situation is like this.

North Korea was officially agreed to by the United States and the Allied powers in 1945 though. That was decided at the Yalta conference, and North Korea was given UN recognition in 1947 alongside South Korea.

The RoC/PRC situation occurred in 1949. That was a solely domestic civil war, and there was no agreement among the major global powers as to who represented China.
In 1971, the major global powers and the UN determined that the PRC represents China. That makes sense because the PRC controls 98% of China's territory.
The RoC still claims to be China. That is in its constitution, and many Taiwanese still stand by that claim.

Therefore, there is one China and only one side can get international recognition as China.

North Korea and South Korea are not the same situation because North Korea was controlled by the Soviets and South Korea by the USA in 1945-1947.

Vietnam is making a lot of progress. They are following China in many ways. Market reforms > urbanize > industrialize > service sector > high tech.
Both Vietnam took a fun detour though back in the 60's-70's. Vietnam only started China's one-party system market reforms in the late 80's though.

统计口径就不对,城镇登记失业率是指城镇登记失业人员与城镇单位就业人员、城镇单位中的不在岗职工、城镇私营业主、个体户主、城镇私营企业和个体就业人员、城镇登记失业人员之和的比。也就是说这一系列城镇的就业人员是不可能包含农村户籍人口的, 所以该文计算方法的主要依据——从城镇就业人员中刨去1.3亿农村人口——从一开始就不成立。至于失业人口是不是都登记上了,这我就不敢打保票了。
