Nah, it's okay. At first, I was using إلياس myself, it's just an Arabicized form of my name.

It's difficult to learn. There's lots of reasons of non-linguistic nature.

A bit of unusual advice, but Arabic subtitles in English films and cartoons went a LONG way in improving it, they're even in formal Arabic

And again don't be too hard on yourself, German, French and Spanish are a cakewalk compared to it
