In Finnish: velka. "e" is a front vowel, "a" is a back vowel. But "e" is a so-called neutral vowel, so it can appear.

North Estonian just lost it because of soundchanges.

The Eszterházy and Dobos cakes were invented during the turn of the century (1900's), Austrians in Vienna and generally Austria-Hungary went absolutely nuts for them, the inventors couldn't make enough of them for everyone. The recipes were closely guarded secrets, but when they died, they left the recipes for the next generation :)

The Lúdláb one is personally one of my top favorites, it's super chocolaty, and the cherry brings out the sweetest flavors, excellent cake. The Somlói is a mix of chocolate, whipped cream, sometimes nuts, and some cake. Great tier.

Gesztenyepüré is basically chestnut puree with sugar and vanilla/whatever added. Yeah I know, it doesn't look like much, and "why would you eat chestnuts", but trust me they're absolutely fucking amazing with whipped cream. Now that I think about it, I'm not sure whether other nations eat chestnuts, but they're actually really, really good. Super delicious. We even started to make cakes out of them.
