Russia, unlike Europe, still keep our colonies. That's why we have a big percent of the non-European population. For example, Russians make 93% of the population in Moscow oblast, which is in the European part of Russia. 2 other percents are Ukranian. As you can see, most are white. And those who aren't in other regions are in general assimilated, although they aren't as smart as Europeans anyway. I'm not defending our retarded migration policies though, we should fix it, but things aren't as bad as some people here say they are.
