Over all, dangerous

Not dissimilar to prisons in the US I imagine. Main difference is we don't have the death penalty, but there's gangs, drugs, ethnic/racial divisions. Pedos are hated, psychos are feared. Facilities include everything from minimum to supermax security. Pretty standard really.

Well a much greater percentage of the indigenous population is either in or has been in jail than any other demographic but they are still minority even in there by a large margin. Depends where we're talking about too though I suppose. I'd guess there's more abos in NT prisons simply because there's a lot more abos in the NT.
