No, I'm from the capital, but the western and central dialects of Slovene are closer to each other than to the eastern ones, which are closer to Kajkavian Croatian. When they say 'ko noter ke pogledava' (as we gaze down there), it's exactly what I would say instead of 'tja notri' (literary) or 'tam(o) notri' (Styrian/Kajkavian).
