Unless of course you don't want to move to Stockholm without a job. Stockholm is a capital city which means people are constantly flooding there and competition for apartments is obviously high. Luckily Stockholm has plenty of big companies with good wages.
There's perfectly reasonable selection of apartments for low income people outside Stockholm.

What I meant was, rental apartments seem almost non-existant in most countries. Especially Italy.
