Macedonian has them, and they have only 4 cases, while all other Slavic languages have 7

mine is fragmented in slightly different versions with minor variations
in 1492 Spain made an almost "regulation" for every word to be written the way its spoken, and be spoken the way its written
theorically México should be typed "Méjico" because thats the way its pronounced in spanish (Spanish J being strong H sound, Spanish X being "sh" when before a vowel)
