house votes on whether he/she/xe goes to trial, senate votes on whether he/she/xe's guilty.

>Peronists
Usually thousands of deaths, bombing the capital, and killing them again once you are in power
>Dictators
They fail miserably and leave by themselvs
>The good guys
Only a couple of lefty deaths caused by an inhebriated police officer.
apparently angry ignorant middle class that plots against itself
the governor general says OI YOU BUGGER OFF
>>75486964
Only way that is possible is if all burger places start to refuse mr trumpie until he quits being the president.
only if he pisses off his party.
contrary to popular believe presidents are very harmless and powerless, on the other hand parties have become so powerful they could do whatever they wanted and get away with it.

>What is necessary to remove the leader of your country of office
Time, after which people will get tired of him and want another leader.
If the parliament (both upper and lower house) decide it with a 2/3 majority secret vote, a special court of justice of 20 people is made up from representatives of both houses, led by the president of the lower house, that has public talks during a month, at the end they decide to drop or not the president.

Also the system was changed in 2007, before that the vote was public and needed 50%, and the judgment was carried by the existing high court, not a parlementary court.

Last time a president was removed, it only took two bullets.
strenous physical activity = heart attack

an confidence vote, chancellor ask the parliamant for this, if the parliamant has a mistrust against him, re-elections are necessary. last time this happend was 2005 with gerhard schröder.
>>75489182
also forget to say we have an no-confidence vote for the parliamant. if the current bundestag has no trust in the current government, they can demand an motion of censure. but this rarly happens.

To remove the King you would need:
Propose a law to change the constitution.
Have a 51% majority in parliament, voting to change the constitution.
Have a 51% majority in senate, to change the constitution.
Reelections. Disband the parliament and ministers and vote for new ones.
Then have a 67% majority in parliament, voting to change the constitution.
Have a 67% majority in senate, to change the constitution.
The ministers have to sign the law.
The King has to sign the law.
Currently 8% of the country wants a republic.

Usually a few months of waiting.
>>75486964
A failed flag referendum usually does it

You don't vote for ministers in the Netherlands though. They get suggested by the parliament and then appointed by the King.
