I buy shop once per week, okay? That means I buy one loaf of bread per week.

What happens if bread stays out for a week? It goes moldy, asshole.

Stale is preferable to moldy. Refrigerating stales the bread, but prevents mold. Toasting undoes staling.

So: refrigerate bread. Toast the refrigerated bread. Get fresh un-moldy toast every day for a week or more.

Saves money on bread. Stops me from being a fatty who eats more than one loaf of bread per week. It's win-win. Dealwiddit.
