Have any of you done an ancestry DNA test? Thinking of using 23 and Me. Is it the best option? I want to find out where my ancestors are from and maybe find out what health risks I have.

It seems it doesn't do a deep reasearch of your haplotype. They changed mine recently to a generic R-L51. There are better options. In Eupedia they have threads discussing which one is better.
>giving your DNA to some jewish company
I hope you don't do this.

23andMe is fine. Ignore the butthurt posters because their results show 1% African.

Unironically it shows 100% european. I had to go to gedmatch to get a proper autosomal result with a 9% non european.

I did it. The health information they provide is pretty dull to be honest, but may be that's because I had "not detected" on literally everything.
You can spend $5 to put the raw data into promethase if you want a webMD style "it could be nothing, but it might also be cancer". It was pretty cool, I would recommend that if you do get the test.
