Anyway in Paraguay we do have some kind of """free""" healthcare, when you get a job part of your money and from the patron (boss) goes directly to your medicare so you get """free shit""" or at least 80% on discount for medications and basic treatment

In Poland every employee and emplyoer obligatorily pays health care contribution, for which they gain access to "free" healthcare.
And public healthcare in Poland is utter shit, so most of rich people pay for private healthcare anyway, so effectively they pay 2 times for one service.
