It's too pretty and too clean to be an average city in Manila. Here you'd see a lot of skyscrapers. You'll almost think it's a first world until you see the slums and squatters area.

No, because most of my country started building great cities after unification so a lot of regulations were put into place, making buildings a lot more even in height.
Old romanian architecture also includes a lot more marble and columns where columns shouldn't really be
Albeit, there are some transylvanian cities where it could pass as normal in the older parts of town, since they were influenced by central european architecture before unification.

No because the style and the textures of the roofs of the buildings are way too different, also the buildings themselves are too far apart from each other, unlike italian cities where they're all close together.
