The job market it's still shaky, people without or with low studies have it really hard, people with studies get exploited by companies with shitty salaries or shchedules.

a few years ago you could easily get a 8 hour/day job for 1200€ almost everywhere but now companies offer you working by the hour getting 400€ for 4 hours so with 2 employes they get the same 8 hour workforce but with 1/3 of the money spent (don't know if I explain myself well).
