Both Standard Finnish and Estonian have "on". Võro has "om". "ompi" is interesting.

Also, "omal maal" is exactly Estonian.

Probably not.
Language =/= genetics. Uralic culture and language just spread to the local inhabitants of modern central and northern Russia and the eastern Baltic.
The Hungarians were originally like the Khantys and Mansis, but the number of people who actually immigrated to the Carpathian basin was small, so they didn't impact the genetics of the locals at all. The local Slavs and Vlachs just adopted Hungarian culture and language.
