Wouldn't say it's entirely acceptable anywhere, it all depends on your situational awareness while being drunk. Liquor stores are cucked here and it's pretty much winning the lottery for a license to sell liquor if you plan on starting a bar. Living in the Boise area and have been my whole life. I have no beef with Californians, just their children.
