I have constipation IBS so I only eat a few meals in the day and drink fluids the rest of the day.

Grilled sandwich with ham and cheese and a cup of tea.

I used to be a chubby lad and got into eating disorders when I was 15, so now the only way I can have a low calorie intake is if I just eat once a day.
It's not a perfect system but it has been working so far.
