Not surprising here as they do not teach budgeting in school and the parent cannot be bothered. There are a fuck load of bills and expenses you do not account for when you leave home and they can overwhelm young people.

Interesting, but how do they deal with the fact that invoices, bills etc. may be quite different in different countries? Like here, with our overcomplicated tax system our yearly tax return may look like a small book, while in more sane countries, like the USA, it looks like a single sheet of paper (at least from what I saw). I could give many examples like that - some countries don't have VAT, or some have flat tax rates, while other have progressive taxes.
