I was friends with a heroin addict.He died in his own bathtub from an overdose while holding pic related to his chest.

Dude was probably the most passionate person I'll ever get the chance to meet.He probably died fully regretting what he had done but at least he had a positive impact on everybody who knew him.And that's pretty much all you can hope for once you begin dying.
