Can the average American, Canadian and Australian (so not the one from /int) name the countries of Europe except France, UK, Spain, Italy, Russia, Turkey and I guess Greece and Ireland which are recognizable?
For example, if I ask the first Texan I see to place Hungary on a map, could he does it?

>could he does it?
could he do it*

Isn't Spain in South America?

This
also you have to admit most people in France could probably not locate Hungary on a map.
I know my family could not and i believe they represent pretty well the average french.
i can but the average american probably wouldn't
chicken scratch

? is Kosovo. Actually, the origins of Kosovo's independence movements is their closeness to Albania and the immigration of Albania's citizens there.
In New Zealand the average person could probably name Sweden, Italy and Germany as well. The average person wouldn't know a thing about Hungary, or would be able to place it on a map.

Are you telling me an average American, Australian or Canadian wouldn't be able to name Germany, Sweden, Portugal, etc.? If they would forget any, it would be a small country like San Marino or Andorra or an Eastern European one like Belarus or Macedonia
>>75018750
The average australian would only be able to name the more well known countries such as the ones you listed plus russia and germany
I doubt the average Australian knows the difference between slovenia or slovakia or even knows if albania is in europe

>if I ask the first Texan I see to place Hungary on a map, could he do it?
I think he couldn't even place Maryland on a map, let alone Hungary
