Pracowian Piwa Brewery from Kraków makes exellent beer. It's imposible to choose one best beer from Poland, or even more so from US of A.

I don't think I could pick a single beer produced here... I think even between breweries, it's a tie between Dieu du Ciel and Unibroue. Their regular rotation beers are fantastic, but some of their seasonals and limited-runs are mind blowing.

Granville Island, Big Rock, and even some smaller guys like Halo come up with killer ideas, usually with the execution to back them up, but they're just not quite on the same level as Quebec's best.
