The building was a hotel. She went missing shortly after the video. Weeks after that happened guests complained of weird tasting water. The maintenance staff checked the water tanks on the roof and found her naked, dead body in side. The guests had been drinking water that had a decomposing body in it for two weeks. The death was ruled accidental but there was no way to the rooftop without having access keys and the water tank lid was heavy and positioned so it's impossible to close from the inside but were closed anyway.
