Albania and Southern-eastern Europe generally,
Great Greece (Magna Grecia): Southern Italy and Sicily (except Arbereshe people - a proxy of the original Albanian-Shqip population, you can guess why),
Provence (Mediterranean France),
Turkey, Spain

On the other hand the above isn't always the norm for culture. Example: Russians are the most genetically distant Euro people from Greeks. But Greeks feel they are more closer to Russians than Belgians because of religion (and KKE - Greek Communist Party - lol).
