I live on the other side, that's in Olsztyn.

We get some people from there and most of russians from kaliningrad come shopping here because their prices are high and they don't have as much goods or high quality goods in the oblasc.

I was in Kaliningrad once and it's a hellhole that you might expect, it's poor even for russian standard and you got babushkas selling flowers and mushrooms on the streets.
