jews are easy

turks are medium

syrian and lebs are hard

i too am asian but that's moot

some are darker some are lighter and you can vaguely remember what tone each type generally seems to be

that's about it

I can recognize Turks, Moroccans and Iranians from each other.

But I don't know much about other Muslims.

Europeans look definitely different in 90% of the cases.

While there is a lot of overlap between the two groups, I can usually tell both apart. Turks/Levantines usually have a weird facial structure and Meds mostly just look like other Europeans in terms of facial structure, but with darker skin/hair/eyes.
