Hey all, I'm staying in Bergen with my lady, and we're trying to cook tonight. Problem is, I have no idea how this oven works. There aren't any numbers on the two dials. I figured the dials are circular, so the temperature corresponds to degrees in a circle. How does it work?

one extreme is maximum gas (therefore high fire), the other extreme is turning it off. you'll have to experiment

Try fiddling around with it until it gets hot enough.
Pretty sure 1 dial is for the lower part, and one is for the fire on the stove
