Diaspora Jews are just like our orthodox Jews. They even get more money than the non religious ones, and they get all sorts of special ways to get more grades for less. The state even recognizes religious studies as an academic degree.

There are private jew schools here. The entire jewish community is fairly big but at the same time quite hermetic. They usually have police guards and big brick slabs sitting on the sidewalk meant for protection, since the 90s, after a couple big terrorist attacks targeting jews.

Other than that, the catholic church administers quite a few private schools, usually attended by well off families, and then there's the public schools, attended by poorer families. It just so happens that the richer families are usually white professionals, while the poor ones are browner, often immigrants with low paying jobs or shitty trades

I wish there was. This way we could just lock all the gypsies in their containment schools. Not that they go to school much.
