Why would any sane person want to do this? I get that some people like myself do business with Russians. And even though it's unpleasant, the profit is worth it.
But wtf, starting a business in Russia? I'd recommend some other country. Russia and Ukraine are the worst countries set up some factories, businesses or shit like that.
